1977 CALIFORNIA SIGHTINGS – DISKS WITH THREE CHARACTERISTICS (D3)

Some of my research focuses on this specific craft and its most interesting behavior. Despite six disk events occurring up to 500 miles and 234 days apart, all shared the following D3 characteristics.

NATIONWIDE HISTORICAL SIGHTINGS

Reports describing D3 characteristics date to 1922 in Michigan. Beyond Michigan and California, sightings have been reported in eighteen other states: Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Minnesota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. 

WORLDWIDE HISTORICAL SIGHTINGS

Beyond the United States, D3-style sightings have occurred in twelve countries: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, England, Hungary, Italy, Norway, South Africa, Sweden, and Wales.

SCHOOL VISITATIONS

Disks with at least two D3 characteristics were seen specifically at schools, though why these visitations occurred remains a significant unknown. Beyond the United States such visitations have occurred in Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, England, Ireland, New Zealand, Spain, Sri Lanka, Wales, and Zimbabwe.
